We're a short hop from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach or Stuart.
Whether you come and stay with us for a long weekend, a warm winter, or all
year-round, you'll find all the comforts of home. For long-term rentals, we
offer the following services on request:
- Weekly yacht wash down (billed to account)
- Bilge checked and pumped out
- Boat airing during the day
- Toilets and tanks flushed weekly
- External bright work polishing is available for a small
fee
- UPS and FedEx services can be scheduled daily, Monday through
Friday.
- Collection and next day delivery of dry cleaning or laundry
services (except Sundays)
- Free transportation to and from the airport, golf courses
and grocery store, or, give us your grocery list and we will be happy to shop
for you!
Those boats with us on a long-term basis are entitled
to the following:
- Toilets and tanks flushed weekly
- Bilge checked and pumped out
Commercial Boats: To Be Negotiated
Please contact the office to
arrange boat wash down by a uniformed staff member. Also, our
cleaners can clean and polish the bright work. If the boat is to
be left with us, we are able to handle the routine service work.
We can clean carpets, or have curtains cleaned or remade. We can also
have your yacht disinfected by the local pesticide company.
Private Yachts on Charter
are charged per standard Tariff.
 Other Services
Electricity: 30¢ per kilowatt hour. 30, 50, 100, and
200 amps.
Cable TV: $2.00 daily. 53 channels, fibre optic reception.
Complimentary with long-term dockage.
Telephone: $5 hook-up charge. Private direct dialing
system with fully computerized billing. Local calls 75¢. All long distance
calls $1.00 minimum. The Marina Office will supply information on very economical
calling costs. Hook-up charge complimentary with long-term dockage.
High Quality Water: $5 daily (used once a week for wash
down in owners' absence.) $50 or $75 for a boats with long-term dockage.
Domestic Cleaning, Laundry Service, Babysitting & Catering
Services: are available and charged by the job or hourly rate Contact
the Marina Office to make arrangements.
